Inspired by a visit to Bette in NYC. This drink is refreshing--especially with the slice of pear.
2 shots Level vodka
1 shot Peach Schnapps
2 shots Looza pear nectar (chilled)
Shake over ice. Pour into a chilled martini glass. Top with Pellegrino. Garnish with slice of bosch pear.
