These are the most beautiful roses I have ever seen! I was walking near the Madeleine church in Paris on a rainy winter day, on the Rue Saint-Honore heading towards Hermes, and I was struck by the beauty inside of this tiny shop.
After doing some research, it turns out this flower shop is run by a former singer named Dani, and it is attached to the Costes Hotel in Paris. According to French newspaper Le Parisien, roses are available as an arrangement of course, but also just by the stem, from 3 to 5 euro per flower.
