If you want to go that night or the next night, however, and you find yourself not accommodated by the establishment, have your hotel or a travel agent make the reservation for you. Only drawback: they take a 10% fee.
The view is quite nice, and just go with the flow for the exotic cocktails (camel's milk? burning thyme?) - you can always order a glass of wine for the next round.
